Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our children’s book Secret or Surprise! We hope you enjoy reaing it. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of books and small-batch shipping, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If your book arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please email us at threebravehearts@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damage or defect
• A short description of the issue

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll let you know how to return your item.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned book. You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is processed.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental orders.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time, but if your book is damaged, we’re happy to send a replacement.
